Property Virgin no more!

I started out with a dream - to own something rather than pay rent. It would be easy, I would do what I normally do - research on the internet then go buy it. I had a price and a building picked, I would go see a unit, fall in love with it and move in. Heck I even had a list of requirements that I figured would be easy to find in one try.

Unfortuntely it isn't quite that easy!
Fortunately I had the "power of two - the two Lisa's".

With their help, patience and experience, I was able to see past my original thought of only one building and one price. I expanded my location and with their help I have found an amazing 2 bedroom, 2 storey loft in Davisville. It even met this property virgins requirements list and trust me, it was an extensive list!

The power of two not only helped me find my place, but they also assisted me with all the other things I wasn't aware of, after my offer was accepted.

In what can be a stressful time in one's life "the two Lisas" put our minds at ease from the start. Their combined knowledge of staging and preparing our house for sale was amazing. We knew exactly what we needed to do and they came by regularly and helped along the way.
